1. environment for go
we don't need to set GOROOT, see http://dave.cheney.net/2013/06/14/you-dont-need-to-set-goroot-really
Just add the following lines to ~/.bashrc and this will persist.
export GOPATH=$HOME/go
##export PATH=$PATH:$GOPATH/bin2. MongoDB
after install MongoDB from official package.
stan@stan-VirtualBox:~$ mongo
MongoDB shell version: 2.4.9
