About the Job

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the back-end development, operation and maintenance of the company's products, to ensure the quality and progress of the project procedures.

2.Provide Level 3 application support to internal and external users.

3.Grow the Level 3 dev support team to support x100 times of current traffic

4.Design and develop monitors, tools, and applications to improve support and operational efficiency.

5.Work with Level 2 support team to maintain the knowledge base, support handbook, application support SLAs, run incident review meetings, and provide mentorship and training to junior ASEs.

Requirements

1.Proficient in Go development language, rich experience in development, debugging and performance optimization.

2.Familiar with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;

3.Familiar with Git/GitHub;

4.Familiar with Mysql, AWS products,Postgres, Redis, kafka other NoSQL experience is preferred;

5.Experience with , PostgreSQL and infrastructure setups

6.Experience with DevOps

7.Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications

8.English reading and writing can be used as working language

9.[bonus]Speak Cantonese
