<p>I was itching to get started with Go, so I started with the tour of Go. After a few weeks of working nights on it, I've finally managed to finish all the exercises. I've published my solutions and tests to <a href="https://github.com/sahilm/go-tour" rel="nofollow">GitHub</a>. I was hoping to receive critique on my code and idiomatic suggestions.</p>
<p>It was fun working on the exercises. The last exercise, building a concurrent web crawler, was deceptively tough. I was unable to build a recursive solution with channels alone. I ended up peeking at the <a href="https://github.com/golang/tour/blob/master/solutions/webcrawler.go" rel="nofollow">official solution</a> and rolling my own concurrent Map and Slice. 'Twas fun but I wish I had <code>java.util.concurrent</code> :)</p>
