Alternatively, you could spawn a goroutine that spun on the variable not changing, but that wouldn't be a good use of resources, and would have potential synchronization problems.</p></pre>madman2233: <pre><p>I think it would be cool if they implemented this for error. Instead of having a bunch of if err != nil blocks, just a quick one liner like watch err return. Kind of like defer</p></pre>chmikes: <pre><p>Yeah.
