Is there any AMPQ 1.0 library?

I found this - https://github.com/vcabbage/amqp but it can only receive messages but not write.

I also found - https://godoc.org/qpid.apache.org/electron but it as a dependency qpid-proton, but build is not available for OS X (for local development). There are many issues on jira tracker for OS X installation and official docs does not mention OS X at all

github.com/streadway/amqp ? I've used that to read and write from/to RMQ.
