Is there any AMPQ 1.0 library?

<p>I found this - <a href="https://github.com/vcabbage/amqp" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/vcabbage/amqp</a> but it can only receive messages but not write. </p> <p>I also found - <a href="https://godoc.org/qpid.apache.org/electron" rel="nofollow">https://godoc.org/qpid.apache.org/electron</a> but it as a dependency qpid-proton, but build is not available for OS X (for local development).
