I am trying to pitch Go for use in U.S. federal systems. Is there anyone who can provide me with some success stories about where Go was approved for use. Accompanying testimonials are awesome, but even just examples of use would be great. I don't need details, just high level stuff like department/agency, maybe project title. Also, if anyone knows of anyone that's submitted or is submitting an Army CON package for Go, please let me know.

I use Golang day to day for my civilian employee but don't dare bring any of my automation type skillsets to the military reserve side since I'd get more hassle than it's worth to try and improve efficiency.

Communitivity:

Will do. I didn't find anything directly Gov related on SuccessStories or GoUsers. But Paul Tagliamonte (@paultag) reminded me that Docker is written in Go (see tweet linked below). And Docker is used all over the place in the government, so there's hope.
