<p>I posted last December regarding a book I'm writing called Build a SaaS app in Go and I got quite good comments and interests :) Thank you.</p>
<p>I took all the feedback, especially the one regarding my original controversial choice of MongoDB for the data package which will be MongoDB and PostgreSQL.</p>
<p>I wanted to update the status, it is taking longer to write, I want to take my time and make sure I'm doing this correctly. But after receiving lots of requests I've enabled pre-order on the book since some devs wanted to start building their API in Go.</p>
<p>To be clear, I do not have a firm release date. Chapters will be release as soon as available to people that pre-order.</p>
<p>Again, any feedback is highly appreciated, I've removed the chapter talking about front-end and focused the book entirely on building a JSON API as back-end for a SaaS (or similar web application).</p>

<p>Hope that the book helps some devs make the jump from other stack to Go, to me it's such a perfect fit with me that I would want people to consider it seriously.</p>
