I often have small projects (days to a couple of months) for which I have neither capacity in my team nor enough work to justify a full time contractor.

Is there an accepted way to post one-off offers? I'd like to be able to post "I have a bespoke project for which I have X amount of budget" and receive responses of interest. I'd have something more informative about the bounds of the project written up. Obviously, because I'm posting to r/golang, my main constraint is the proglang in which the project is to be delivered.

Should I just post these to this group? Is there a better group? I'm subscribed to this group under another account, and haven't seen a standard format for this sort of request -- most are about FTE offers, etc. Are there tags I should know about... and if this were, incredibly, to be a unique and new type of posting, does the community have any suggestions for useful tags or a format I should kick it off with?
