how to make sure every handler is hooked?

<p>While thinking about how one might use request handler hooking to implement load shedding, I asked myself, &#34;but how can I be sure that every handler has the load shedding hook as the first hook in the chain?&#34;</p> <p>My first thought was to implement my own http.ServeMux to ensure every call to Handle would give me a chance to put the load shedder on there.
