2 quick questions (no need to upvote)

<p>1) I&#39;m looking for a general usage language that is fast and simple. I might also use it to write small utilities that complement the slowest parts of my web application. I don&#39;t care about job prospects (for Go) but I care about the language not dying tomorrow (people stop creating and maintaining packages). Is Go for me?</p> <p>2) Can or will you, in the near future, be able to write Android apps with it?
