<p>I run the Surrey Go user group. We meet monthly in Dorking.</p>
<p>There doesn't seem to be a good way to promote these groups, so I've just set up a Google group <a href="https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/golang-uk">https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/golang-uk</a>. This is intended to carry announcements of UK-based events involving Go, such as meetups, conferences etc, and also UK jobs involving Go.</p>
<p>Only members of the group can post to it. Postings are public.</p>
<p>If you think this group will be useful, please join it and announce your meetings.</p>
