VScode安装go插件失败，即使翻墙也没用，安装插件会报错如下

输入下面三条命令
mkdir -p $env:GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/
cd $env:GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/
git clone https://github.com/golang/tools.git
在powershell里敲完再点安装就能成功。
这个问题翻墙也解决不了问题。
